A key factor to excel in a concert is the quality of the sound; that said, somebody has to tell Mr. Santos and his manager that the musicians were heard in a higher level than the singer. I can tell you that I wasn't able to understand what he was singing, most of the time.
A lot of space for improvement here!!
On stage, the recommendation is to include a Dominican couple dancing bachata in the real way, for only some songs; also, the participation of two males from the audience is a nice touch but what about women? Have some sensual moment with a single girl from the audience, too.
Finally, Mr Santos knows that his body is a selling element, as well, but it was not shown at all in his concert: he first used a jacket and then a loose shirt... hello?!
